Our studios
The Le Prado Hotel Residence is composed of 87 studios, including 5 for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM), spread over 4 levels. With a surface of 18 m2 (27 for PMR), they are eligible for housing subsidies.
They all have a bathroom and toilet with towels, a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchen and tea towel, table and chairs, a TV, cupboards and quality bedding. Some studios also have an office.
Cleaning is carried out at each departure or fortnightly for long stays.

Studio Single
Our single studios, in number of 38, are designed to accommodate only 1 person.
Apart from the equipment common to all our homes, they are equipped with a single bed in 90/200, bed linen, toilet, a desk and armchair. They also have a retractable tablet
Close to sockets offering additional space to put phone, laptop, etc.
Studios Doubles
There are 21 double studios equipped with a double bed, with a bedside table and lamp on each side. Bathroom linen, on the other hand, depends on the number of people occupying the accommodation. This type of studio is ideal for a couple who would like to come and visit the Libourne region or who needs accommodation for a particular event. Whether for one or more nights, you can also install a baby cot. The residence is at your disposal if necessary.

Studios Twins
The residence has 23 “twin” studios, i.e. equipped with twin beds. Unlike 1-person studios, they do not have a desk. In this case, the television is fixed to the wall and is adjustable. Here again the beds are in 200/90, each with an individual bedside table with lamp. They are not attached. Bathroom linen is made available according to the number of people occupying the accommodation. This type of studio also benefits from all common services.
Studio PMR
The residence has 5, (3 on the ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor). With an area of 27 m2, they are therefore a little larger than our traditional studios. They are equipped with a 140/190 bed with a bedside table and lamp on each side. Bathroom linen, on the other hand, depends on the number of people occupying the accommodation.
3 of these studios are also equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa (usable as a bed function with supplement). The others can be equipped with an extra bed (90/190 or baby cot). They can therefore be occupied by 3 or 4 people (couple with children for example), for various occasions (holidays, family visits, etc.). They also have a desk with an armchair.
