The Le Prado Hotel Residence is located in the heart of the city of Libourne.
This secure residence offers 87 quality studios and fully equipped for stays of variable durations. Prices are adapted and modular. We welcome you every day of the week 24 hours a day. Once you have registered, you will be given an access card. It will allow you to access the residence, your accommodation and the laundromat as you wish. You can park your vehicle for free in our parking lot. Our team is at your disposal for any information and invites you to contact us by phone or email via the “Contact” link. The Le Prado Hotel Residence is not just a place of passage, but a place of life!
We invite everyone to open up to other cultures and backgrounds, to meet people, to be interested. We have created a place where, despite different rhythms, everyone will enjoy meeting and sharing a moment. For a night or a month, our offer adapts to everyone’s needs. We have developed a modular offer to allow visitors with moderate incomes to stay in the region, such as seasonal workers, mobility workers or students to come and work and study there. Thanks to our modular offer, it offers rates adapted to everyone. Our rates range from €18.5 to €48 per night.
Everyone has their place in our residence. We welcome everyone with the desire to create positive encounters and sharing.

Our Studios
The Le Prado Hotel Residence is composed of 87 studios, including 5 for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM), spread over 4 levels. With a surface of 18 m2 (27 for PMR), they are eligible for housing subsidies.
They all have a bathroom and toilet with towels, a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchen and tea towel, table and chairs, a TV, cupboards and quality bedding. Some studios also have an office.
Our common areas
The Le Prado Hotel Residence, in addition to the 87 studios it offers, also provides residents with places of relaxation and meeting.
An air-conditioned room, as well as a terrace with umbrellas, equipped with tables and chairs offer the opportunity to meet to eat together, play cards, share a moment of conviviality, meet. Two microwave ovens, hot drink dispensers and cold drinks/snacks, are also available. A seating area with reading, board games and television allows you to share a sports or cultural program for example. Green spaces will allow everyone to play ball, Mölkky, or simply relax.
Finally, the corridors, stairwells and elevators serve the floors including the housing.
